Refund Policy

At Decadent Cheesecakes, every cheesecake and treat is made fresh to order with care. Because our products are perishable, we have a no refunds, no returns policy. However, we understand that things happen, so please review the following guidelines

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.

• We are unable to resell or reuse food products once they have left our care.

 

 

2. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within  24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, as ingredients may have already been purchased and preparation started.

 

 

3. Wrong or Damaged Orders

• If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

• We may request photos of the item(s) to verify the issue.

• Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement order or a store credit for future use.

 

 

4. Allergies & Preferences

• We are not responsible for issues related to allergies, dietary preferences, or dislikes if they were not disclosed at the time of ordering.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order.

 

 

5. Non-Pickup Policy

• If you fail to pick up your order on the agreed date and time, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
